A separate form must be completed for each entry.

Entries will be accepted 9:00 AM EST December 15, 2024 through 9:00 PM EST January 31, 2025.

All entry forms must be submitted and entry fees paid prior to shipment of books. Once you have submitted your entry form and payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the HOLT Contest Coordinator with instructions for shipping and/or e-mailing your books to the appropriate category coordinator.

If you prefer not to use PayPal, you may print the entry form and mail it with your entry fee. Please make your check or money order payable to VRW.

DO NOT send books to HOLT Coordinator with your payment. Please wait for confirmation.

Enter the 2025 HOLT

Once again, let us remind you:

  1. You'll receive a form confirmation email, please follow the links to pay for your entry or entries. All entry fees must be paid prior to shipment of books.
    • We use PayPal as a service to submit your payment through. If you prefer not to use Paypal, please contact us at HOLTMedallion@gmail.com for Check or Money Order options. You'll need to print the entry form and mail it with your entry fee to the address given. Please make your check or money order payable to VRW.
  2. You'll receive a detailed confirmation email with all of the information AFTER payment has been received. This email may take on to two business days.
  3. Pay via the link provided after filling out the form or your first confirmation email.
  4. Print a copy of the PDF confirmation and include it with your book shipment.

Entry in the 2025 HOLT Medallion Contest constitutes agreement by the author to abide by all rules of the contest.

Please note: While we do our best to maintain confidentiality, the HOLT Medallion is a reader judged contest. VRW cannot be held responsible if judges do not adhere to the rules. All judges will be asked to sign a confidentiality form. Any judge who violates confidentiality will be banned from judging future contests sponsored by Virginia Romance Writers.
